Urban renewal, housing development and regeneration projects often involve difficult conversations. Film provides a clear, human way to explain change, give communities a voice and support informed decision making. We work closely with residents, councils, housing providers and consultants to produce films that build trust and clarity.

Urban and housing renewal films often demand that we film alongside demolition and construction teams. By capturing footage of the site before building begins and speaking to residents we can produce compelling human stories.
We produced this CGi artists impression for community engagement film for Lancaster City Council which involved embedding ourselves with residents as the come to terms with urban renewal.

Our approach is documentary-led. We listen first, embed ourselves in communities and use real voices to create balanced narratives. This allows complex strategies, masterplans and regeneration proposals to be understood not only as economic necessities, but as social processes shaped by the people they affect.
