Your Housing Group Recruitment Film

We created a recruitment film for Your Housing Group, a housing association based in the North of England, to tell the genuine stories of its trade operatives, offering an honest glimpse into their lives, what they love about their work, and what drives them. As part of a wider recruitment campaign, the goal was to create films that felt real and authentic, not glossy corporate showpieces, so viewers could truly connect with the people behind the roles. One of the main challenges was helping participants who weren’t used to being on camera feel comfortable and natural, as well as distilling long-form interviews into short, engaging films. The result, a longer feature film and a series of social media edit, was something both we and the client were really proud of.
